Remodeling
Bathrooms and kitchens, top to bottom. Including kosher kitchens with separated meat and dairy zones.

Gilad Sushan and ABC have been remodeling, framing, and rebuilding homes for fifteen years. California-licensed, owner-operated, and trusted by homeowners and business owners across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Miami.
The man who quotes your job is the man who runs it.
What we build
We pull permits, run our own crews, and stay on the job until punch list. We don't bid jobs we can't deliver.
Bathrooms and kitchens, top to bottom. Including kosher kitchens with separated meat and dairy zones.
Additions, ADUs, and ground-up homes. Foundation through certificate of occupancy.
Tear-off and reroof. Shingle, tile, and flat. We pull the permit and haul the trash.
The original ABC trade. Selective interior demo through full structure tear-down.
Where we work
ABC works out of three home bases. Gilad runs all of them.

Bathroom remodels, kitchens, decks, and full-condo refreshes across Miami-Dade and Broward. Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, Hollywood, Hallandale, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables.

California Chapter 7A wildfire-code experienced. Direct work with insurance adjusters.
Built for the community
Gilad came up in construction in Israel before getting his California General Building Contractor license. ABC works with Jewish homeowners and business owners across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Miami. Hebrew is the first language at home.
Shabbat and chag are off. Gilad doesn't work them, and he doesn't expect you to either. Final walkthroughs and inspections get scheduled around the calendar that actually matters to your house.
ABC has built kosher kitchens with separated meat and dairy zones, dual sinks, dedicated cooktops and ovens, and the layout that makes a working kosher kitchen possible.
The Pacific Palisades fire took homes from families across our community. If your home was lost, you are dealing with insurance adjusters, framing, code, and starting from a slab — call Gilad. He has been taking rebuild calls since the fires stopped.
Same for the families displaced from Malibu, Brentwood, and the Palos Verdes hills.
Why ABC
You don't get handed off to a project manager. Gilad estimates the job, runs the crew, and answers his own phone.
ABC carries a California General Building Contractor license. We pull permits as the contractor of record. Inspectors deal with us, not you.
Gilad has been on construction sites since 2009 and ran ABC since 2017. He has built it, demoed it, and rebuilt it. You are hiring a builder.
Whichever language gets the job done with your inspector, supplier, or neighbor — Gilad has it covered.
How it works
Gilad shows up in person. SF, LA, or Miami. No commission salesperson.
Line-item scope of work, materials, labor, timeline, and permit list. In your inbox before a deposit.
ABC runs the crew, pulls every permit, and hosts every inspection. Weekly updates.
Final walkthrough together. Final payment when you sign that the work is done.

About Gilad
Gilad Sushan started ABC in 2017 after more than a decade running crews in California and Israel. He grew up around construction, holds a California General Building Contractor license, and runs every ABC project himself.
The rule he started ABC with is the same rule today: the homeowner should know the name of the person responsible for their job. With ABC, that name is Gilad. He estimates the work, he runs the crew, and he picks up his own phone.
When he isn't on a jobsite, he's home in San Francisco or with family in Miami. He speaks Hebrew and English.
"You are hiring me to build something that is going to outlast both of us. I take that personally."
